How to save the technocrat from burning out?

The technical institutes of the country contribute thousands of new engineers to the country's workforce. Most of these young men and women are not prepared for the demanding work environment.  Sometimes they cave-in under enormous job pressure and societal expectations.

This short anecdotal writeup for helping young technocrats is inspired by  my students,
courses I teach, DA-IICT campus and the numerous cups of tea with faculty colleagues.

Life skills  for the young technocrat
